Renters MUST be 19, have a valid picture ID and a Valid Credit Card for Incidentals.
Each renter/driver must possess a valid boater safety course and/or boating license and be able to present it upon arrival. -

You MUST be 19 years of age to rent one. - Do I need a boat License to operate one?
Yes, as of October of 2024, the state of Alabama changed their law and now states any one operating a vessel in open waters in alabama is required to possess a boating license and safety course. - Do I need to wear a life vest?
Anyone being the age of 8 and under must wear a life vest at all times while on board one of the jetcars as per state law.

All Cancellations require a 24 hr notice for a full refund.
Any trip cancelled within 24 hrs will be charged in full. If a lightening storm or a small craft advisory prevents us from releasing the vessel, you will not be charged. Intermittent rain and/or clouds will not constitute grounds for cancellation.
No shows will be charged in full.
Late more than 5 mins constitutes a “No Show” and you will loose your reservation and be charged in full.
